I learned to build production systems by working with AI, relentlessly, until the things I made stopped falling over. Seven products, three servers, my own mail system and my own model gateway. No computer science degree anywhere in it.
This community is that method, in the open. How I actually work with AI to ship real software — not prompt tricks, the whole loop: deciding what to build, getting it running, and keeping it running when it breaks at two in the morning.

Courses, free and paid
The free tier covers the method. The paid tier goes through real systems end to end — the mail server, the model gateway, the deploys — as they actually exist.

The part nobody writes down: what to delegate, what to never delegate, and how to tell when the answer you were given is confidently wrong.
The failures too
Every product here has a list of things that broke silently and cost a day. Those lists are worth more than the code, and members get them.
Joining
No agreements, no paperwork
Joining the community asks for your details and nothing else — the NDA and non-compete exist for client work, where I am seeing someone's plans. They do not apply here and you will not be shown them.
